Privacy Policy
VisualLab Studio operates a private/internal tool called VisualLab Studio Uploader to upload creator-approved video content to an authorized YouTube channel. This Privacy Policy explains how the tool uses information when accessing YouTube API Services.
1. Information and permissions we access
The uploader requests the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload. This permission allows the application to upload videos to the YouTube channel explicitly authorized by the Google account owner.
The application does not request the user's Google or YouTube password and does not intentionally collect unrelated Google account data.
2. How we use information
Authorization is used only to upload videos chosen and approved by the channel owner, together with creator-supplied metadata such as title, description, visibility and related upload settings.
3. Storage
OAuth credentials and tokens may be stored locally on systems controlled by VisualLab Studio so the authorized uploader can operate. They are treated as confidential credentials and are not embedded in public source code.
4. Sharing and sale of data
VisualLab Studio does not sell Google user data, OAuth tokens, or YouTube API data. We do not share such data with advertisers. Access is limited to the owner and authorized operators acting on behalf of VisualLab Studio.
5. Google and YouTube policies
Use of this uploader is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Revoking access
You can revoke VisualLab Studio Uploader's access at any time through your Google Account permissions. When authorization is revoked, we will stop using the associated authorization and delete related stored authorized data as required by applicable YouTube API policies.
7. Data deletion requests
To request deletion of data associated with the uploader, contact tintaystylo19@gmail.com. Valid deletion requests will be handled promptly and within the timeframes required by applicable YouTube API policies.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect OAuth credentials and authorized data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when the uploader's functionality or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
