Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the private/internal VisualLab Studio Uploader, a tool used to upload creator-approved content to an authorized YouTube channel.
1. YouTube Terms
By using functionality that interacts with YouTube API Services, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. Authorized use
The uploader may only be used with Google/YouTube accounts and channels for which the user has authority to grant access. Users must not attempt to access another person's channel without authorization.
3. Content responsibility
The user is responsible for the videos, titles, descriptions, visibility settings and other content submitted through the uploader. Users must have the rights necessary to upload that content and must comply with YouTube's Community Guidelines, copyright rules and applicable law.
4. Explicit approval of uploads
VisualLab Studio's operating workflow is designed so that the channel owner or an authorized operator determines which content is uploaded and selects its intended visibility. The uploader must not publish or modify content contrary to the owner's instructions.
5. Availability
The uploader is provided on an as-available basis. Google or YouTube API changes, quotas, authorization changes, outages or policy requirements may affect availability.
6. Privacy
Use of the uploader is subject to the VisualLab Studio Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Revocation
Authorization can be revoked through Google Account permissions. After revocation, the uploader must no longer act under that authorization.
8. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated if the uploader's functionality, operating model or applicable platform policies change.
